Finance Executive Recruiter

We are seeking a Finance Executive Recruiter with 3+ years of recruitment experience to manage search execution across finance, accounting, banking, investment, real estate finance, and corporate finance mandates.
This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, assessing, and managing mid-to-senior finance candidates while supporting clients through the full recruitment process.
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer stage. Source and engage passive finance candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach. Partner with clients to understand role requirements, technical skills, compensation, and team fit. Assess candidates for finance experience, communication, motivation, compensation alignment, and overall fit. Prepare candidate summaries, shortlists, market maps, and search updates. Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and support offer negotiation. Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the CRM/ATS. Track finance hiring trends, compensation movement, and talent market activity. Requirements 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in finance, accounting, banking, real estate, investment management, or professional services. Strong candidate sourcing, outreach, and assessment skills. Ability to speak credibly with finance professionals and hiring managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches at once. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems preferred.
