HYREMYND LINKEDIN SOURCER — PRIVACY POLICY

1. Scope

This notice describes the HyreMynd application's processing of recruiter-directed professional profile imports. A recruiter imports information into an authenticated workspace for employer-directed recruitment. The employer controls that hiring purpose; HyreMynd processes it on the employer's instructions and separately controls account and security purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Information processed by the application

The supported import accepts professional profile text and supplied person and provenance fields, such as name, professional profile URL, location, title, employer, work history and education. Contact details are processed when supplied through a supported workflow. The authenticated account and authorized workspace or role determine access to the imported record. HyreMynd does not use a linked LinkedIn OAuth account for this import.

3. Transmission and downstream recipients

Captured information is transmitted to the configured HyreMynd workspace at the recruiter's direction. Downstream platform infrastructure, storage, workflow and AI services process the information according to the feature used. Optional calendar invitations and mailbox sends have their own permissions and disclosures. Consult the Privacy Policy and the public subprocessor register for those purposes and recipients. The extension-to-workspace transmission is distinct from this downstream platform processing.

4. Authentication and browser behavior

The application requires an admitted HyreMynd session and enforces the actor's workspace authority. This notice does not certify the device permissions, storage, authentication transport or exact network behavior of a distributed extension build. Review the permission prompts and documentation for the version you install; those artifact-specific facts must be verified before they are represented as guarantees.

5. Retention and rights

Imported information follows the category schedule in Privacy Policy section 9, including the separate periods for unused imported contacts, an employer's contact records and its hiring content, and any legal hold the employer records. A request to erase it follows the staged process in Privacy Policy section 10.3. Browser-local settings and storage depend on the installed extension version and are distinct from platform retention.

6. Use and contact

Imported professional information is used for supported professional sourcing and recruitment, without sale or cross-context behavioral advertising under the Privacy Policy.
