Job Overview

The Senior Director of Information Technology will lead enterprise IT strategy, operations, and transformation across corporate and manufacturing environments. This executive will own the technology roadmap, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data capabilities, and plant-floor systems while building a high-performing IT organization.

The role requires a pragmatic operator who can modernize legacy systems, improve reliability, and align technology investments with safety, quality, productivity, and growth objectives.

• Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
• Employment: Full-time On-site / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with business growth, operational excellence, and manufacturing modernization priorities.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, end-user computing, service delivery, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Own cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, regulatory compliance, and protection of operational technology environments.
• Oversee ERP, MES, PLM, supply chain, quality, finance, HR, and analytics platforms; drive integration, standardization, and adoption across sites.
