Position Summary
The AI Lead is responsible for defining and executing the organization's artificial intelligence strategy. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and team mentorship to drive AI initiatives that create measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Define AI roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams.
- Establish best practices for model development, evaluation, and governance.
- Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
- Present technical concepts and results to executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
